Exclamation Sega CD burning not working, please help?

    Ni hao everyone,
I'll give you the specs and the problem. I'm running a v2.~ (~ meaning something, but I know the beginning number before the decimal IS two.) Sega CD, and store bought games DO work on it flawlessly. I'm using Windows Vista, Dell Dimension E520. CD's will burn fine, DVDs are not recognized and cannot be burned (It broke after about a month). I've burned PS1 games before and they worked fine, so, I don't see why Sega CD isn't.
I'm using AstroBurner, however, I do have Alcohol 120% or whatever it is. Tried it once, it didn't work either. It said there was all these burning errors.
I'm just getting a loading screen when I try the games on my Sega CD. The CUE/BIN I'm using in Kega Fusion is working just fine, but if I used the burned disc, it won't work in Fusion, either. Sometimes on my console I'll get brought to the CD player screen.
My CD/DVD drive is a "TSSTcorp CDRWDVD TS-H493A".
The discs I'm using are Maxwell CD-R, 700MB (And yes, the games are fitting on there wholly.)
So, my question is, what can I do to get my burned Sega CD games to work?
    Thanks for your help!

I've never heard of AstroBurner before, so while it may be perfectly good, there's an equally good chance it's the problem. Try a known good/free burning program:

And as always, burn CDs as *slowly* as you possibly can.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

I'll try that and see if it works... I just find it weird that I've used Astroburner to burn PS1 games before and THAT worked... Maybe it just doesn't like BIN/CUE files!
If it doesn't work, I'll follow up with another post.
    Thanks for your help!

    EDIT:
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Ragnar! Burned Sonic CD, and it's working. Gonna burn the rest tonight.
    Thanks again!
