Question about Yakuza 2 - PS2

I have a question about YAKUZA 2 for the PS2

I downloaded this game from a torrent, this is game is 2 DVD

I burned the game with ALCOHOL 120%, on 4X speed, and with DATATYPE: PLAYSTATION 2

the first DVD works great, run smoothly withour any problems

I wanted to check the the 2nd DVD is working also, so I tried to run it, I got the option to choose from 50HZ to 60HZ and after I choose I get black screen and nothing happend...

is it supposed to be like this? or is it make sense? maybe this DVD will work only after I get the message to change DVD?

please let me know because its my first 2 DVD game for the PS2

it might be a bad iso. you should get the full dvd9 iso unstead of the rebuild. or if your playing on a hdtv it might not support 50 or 60hz
