Yes, like those metal party favors that spin around and make noise. I actually bought 4 or 5 of them about a decade ago--they were kind of difficult to track down though.

Buy some classic RPG's even though most are up in price, if you got a PS3 buy a PSN card and you can get PS1 games on the store for $5.99 and $9.99 each
