Default Problem loading sloped surfaces in Duke Nukem 3D?

I have a weird problem with Duke Nukem 3D for ePSXe 1.7 where any sloped surfaces are transparent and instead of their native textures, they show whatever you look at before looking at them and a mirrored fashion.

With other games like Tenchu or Metal gear solid all surfaces are fine.
Here's a picture of it from the very beginning of the game (The air vent that's sloped on both sides)

I use P.E.Op.soft driver 1.16 as it makes all games I've played come out perfect (apart from DN3D) I tried the Pete OpenGL video plugin and made it unplayable. Are there better video plugins maybe?
Also I'm running it on a Samsung NC10 netbook with GMA950 video card, 2GB ram and modded video drivers. (I'm surprised some of these games even play as smoothly)

    Thank you in advance! (:
