I suppose that letting off some steam is basically all we can do on these message boards. Without the ROMs, this is essentially the heart of emuparadise.

Emuparadise can stay up, but probably not the roms section. That how emuparadise gets its new viewers is by giving people roms first, then they start moving to the message boards to give back to the community. (and get more roms) I don't however, cuz i'm only on a 56k so i never downloaded anything from emuparadise.

We seem to be a fairly close-knit community and we would all be inevitably brought together if emuparadise made it through these somewhat hard times.

I went to some ROM site and it says if you are a member of a copyright company ur not aloud in blah blah blah then it said u cannot threaten or harras the ISP, host or creator of this site as this would be a violation of the "Internet Privacy Act" signed by Bill Clinton in 1995...

I don't understand why yall support warez? That bullshit that you just said is like saying, I got a weed greenhouse in my basement but if your a police officer you are not allowed to enter. If they have a basis for believing your site hosts illegal warez they have every right to come check it out, the authorities that is. Which is like getting a search warrant, but you think that your not allowed to enter my house bullshit is gonna work if they got a warrant? No. So please quit flaming the ISDA, it just shows your ignorance.
