mvsc2 for nulldc naomi

hello, i've downloaded marvel vs capcom 2 for naomi emulator but i can't load it cos the zip contains a dat file, different to the others that have the .lst file that nulldc asks for...

what should i do with this dat file?

please don't tell me to use demul, it runs very slow on my pc

i found a lst file in another website and now i can play mvsc2, maybe they should upload a new rom file to this site... anyway, thanks for your suggestion
