    Default epsxe help!!!!!

    alright the problem im haveing is this iv been thru the forums trying to figure it out but with no luck so i decided to try this ok the problem is before the emulator was working perfectly fine and then now it starting to suddenly lag when i added a plug in for some reason it was working before without one but here are the spec for my computer
    processor-amd phenom(tm)2 p650 duel core prcessor 2.60 ghz
    ram-4.00
    system type. 64 bit
    graphics amd m880g with ati mobility radeon hd 4250
    if i missed anything tell me and ill put it up any help would be greatly appreciatied

    Your specs exceed the requirements for the emulator.

    Have you tried removing the plug-in? also, what game is it doing it with if not all of them you've tried?

    its been doing it with all of them and the plug in is the pete's opengl video plug in its the latest version

    Switch to Pete's D3D.

    i tried it and it was still doing it that was the problem i was running into i tryed quite a few differnt ones

    Hrm. Okay then.

    What version of ePSXe are you using?

    And specifically what games have you tried?

    its the latest version iv tried it with digimon world legend of legaia (for legend of legaia it lags bad dureing fights) as well as alundra i havent tried it with some of the other games i currently have

    What plug-in were you using before?

    The only other thing I can think to do is backup your saves and do a clean install.

    Also, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and see if there are any processes hogging resources.

    I have the same graphics card and it is a issue with the ati drivers luckily there is an easy fix in the video plug in settings take v-ram off auto detect and set to 512 make sure use fps limit is checked and set the limit to 60 here is a pic of my settings for you to try it works great for me in Legaia can't say for the Digimon games though.
