Default Can't Run Music (Separated from ISO)

Hello, I'm playing a game that goes with the name "Overboard!" or "Shipwreckers!" which I downloaded from EmuParadise. The music files of this game are separated from the main data, here's a screenshot:

I'm sort of clueless on how to make the music run inside the game. I have another game which runs music fine, and there isn't any music files that are stored outside of the disc image.

    Emulator: EPSXE 1.7
    OS: Windows 7

Not sure which information could be relevant..

I've managed to convert my .ape files to .wav files, and managed to acquire the .cue file for the game, but I couldn't make more use of the guide you provided.

your done, you can play your game as it is, if you wish to have it all inside one file however, you'll need to have a look at an iso to bin converter online

Excuse me but, that still doesn't solve my problem, which is "not hearing music while playing". I never said that I was incapable of running the game.

Shipwrecked or Overvoard works perfect in epsxe only problem is that you can control the music volume with the internal cdrom plugin sapu or peops don't play most of the audio tracks you can try to configure the game as the entry of my page

@ gladiator, I can't figure out whatever the thing that you were trying to say (due to the lack of punctuation...), but I've tried manipulating my sound plugins since I thought you would want me to:

Default SPU: "ePSXe SPU core 1.7.0.", and it doesn't have any configs.
    Result: Freakingly corrupted sounds.

A Popular SPU: "P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9", first config:

Second config: with the two XA options disabled.
Third config: An inverse of every option on-screen.

Results: No music, and I think normal sounds went off in the third config.

i think is easy to understand even with the lack of punctuation but anyway your problem is the game don't playing music right ?
Try with the configuration posted in my page for video, audio and cdrom http://psxdatacenter.emuparadise.me/ ,the game works perfect with it but the sound volume of the audio music can't be controlled in game, you have to decrease the volume in windows to hear the sound ; if epsxe audio plugin don't work well for you try with erternal or other of the audio plugins P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9 is not the latest version of the plugin.

And for cdroms plugins peops or sapu maybe cannot play the audio tracks as in many other games.
