    Default FF9 grafics

    Yes, another FF9 thread :/
Well, my problem, on Petes OGL 2.9 i get a nice overall grafics, looks nearly like on PS1 and no problems with it.
However, no setting i tried lets me get rid off those world map erorrs.
The world map 3D area is full of holes in triangle form.

With D3d, i dont have those but here im missing the battle transition effect and the textures look pixely.
Here im missing the shader effect that makes it look good like in OGL
When i use a higher but neccessary texture filter all texts and also the ! and ? pop ups look smeary due to the smoothering.

Can someone help me with a good avice plz?

All these settings make the game look a bit nicer but my problem with the world map holes are still there

    Nope, still there.
Can it be that it is an issue of OGL?

Can you please provide an image of your video plugin configuration? And if you can provide also your graphic card model and driver.

Well, no matter which settings i apply, apparantly nothing helps.
To the game fixes: i checked all since i hoped it would help.

Well then it can only be a driver based issue or driver based setting issue i suppose.

Ok, Update: it IS the driver!
It´s not my lucky day tho since with ATI Catalyst drivers FF9 works but World of Tanks crashes :/
Well, the issue with FF9 then is reliably (halfway) solved
