    Default Emulator settings

    im in need of some advice....i have some games that are in MDF/MDS format. they don't seem to run very good though. so i was wondering what is a good setting to make them run better

    what system are your games for? MDF/MDS are disc image extensions, but we won't be able to help you if you don't tell us which emulator you are using.

    sorry man more info is still needed what games are you having trouble with and what exactly do you mean they don't run very good are you experiencing slow gameplay are you having sound issues or graphics issues or is it something else entirely that's the problem.

    Mount it using cdr piraste,cd r virus or daemon tool

    im playing The X-files...and im having graphics issues

    im also playing X-men mutant academy ...its lacking in speed

    The x-files only works perfect using the software plugin in epsxe 1.70 press f7 and you change between soft andd hardware plugin

    And for x-men more info about the plugin you are using

    F7 worked x-files is working beautifully!

    as for my plugin
    im using Pete's D3D Driver 1.76

    Can you use any of the opengl plugins, better if you can use the opengl2 is the more compatible and best quality , in d3d in compatibility the most acurate is 4 ,2,3,4 you can try to change only one of the settings and see if the game still works right

    yeah i have the open gls....i have open gl 2.9, and 2.5

    Use the openngl 2.9 always if you can very few games don't work with it
