Default A PSX ISO with no game ID?

Hi guys. I just hope someone can help me out with this.

I'm playing Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter EX Edition in ePSXe, and it runs almost perfectly, except for one problem: the savestate feature doesn't work at all with it. No other game has this issue.
Searching throughout the web, I found out that it has something to do with the game's ID and an archive named SYSTEM.CNF, so I went after them. Indeed, this CNF has a first line like this one (for a NTSC-J game, of course):
    Download Links:
Links are hidden from guests. Please register to be able to view these links. However, with Marvel vs. Street EX and only with it, this line is as follows:
    Download Links:
Links are hidden from guests. Please register to be able to view these links. Obviously, it has an EXE file named "x", but the game, even running normally in the emulator, has no ID (I guess this would even prevent some other emulators or the PSX itself from loading the disc), and ePSXe's savestate needs the ID to work.
I've tried to download the game from various sources, to no avail. Even this one from EPForums itself fails to get over this problem.
Does somebody know how can I fix this?

You can't solve this problem is due to the way that epsxe makes the savestates using the game serial only , you can always use ssspsx or pcsx that uses other ways to makes the savestate
