Well, I like "kirby - nightmare in dreamland".

Actually, one day I was wondering "what if I made a let's play?",
but then I realized my PC got really screwy when recording...
(Also, my 2 minute videos always ended up really huge so... )

So, as for me, it is either that or maybe... Sonic Advance?

    Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.
I love everything about the game. The graphic, the gameplay, the job system and the storyline.
    Hope you consider it.

The best ones tend to be short (unless you're doing a picture/text playthough, in which case you generally want something turn-based or similar), have a specific hook to them and most importantly not be a game everyone and his dog has already played.

I agree on Nightmare in Dreamland. That's a fun one and it's not too long.

Don't do Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. That's a fun game for sure, but consider you want your LP to actually end some day. I think my original save file from when I was a freshman in high school has like 70 hours on it, and I'm not sure how close I am to the end. That and turn-based games, at least in my opinion, tend to make pretty boring LPs.

I think there were a couple Crash Bandicoot games for the GBA. I've never played them myself, but they look like decent platformers. You could try one of those.

Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission or one of the Castlevanias might also be a good pick. Those are probably my favorite GBA games and so long as you don't get lost (a pitfall I've run into too often in my own LPs) you should have no problem keeping the pace up for a good LP.

    Definitely Metroid: Fusion. Definitely.

Also, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. I'm playing that on my 3DS right now and honestly, it'd be a great game to do an Let's Play.

    Maybe Pokemon Emerald as well?

Show the gameplay is enough. Not the whole thing (of course).

I'm thinking of the lesser known GBA titles (among my group of acquaintances) or ones that don't seem to have too many LP's done.

    Advance Wars
    Sonic Advance
    Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories

Any more I think of I'll let you know.

Thanks so I am considering the following:
    Sonic Advance
    Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories
    Kirby:Nightmare in Dreamland
    and Metroid: Fusion
I probably wont do a RPG because I am a completionist and to quote :"You want your LP to end someday." There is just too much to cover.
The Birds, The Bees, And The Robot Trees.

LPing rpgs is doable if you edit out the uninteresting parts. No one wants to see the 113th battle against four goblins while the LPer tries to find something to talk about, anyway. Good example of such an LP: http://www.dos486.com/ff/berserkers/page1.shtml

But yeah, rpgs demand a lot more dedication to LP through so you should only do it if you're really passionate about a particular rpg. As for a suggestion, the Megaman Zero series could be interesting - lots of action, relatively difficult, and relatively short games. Wario Land 4 is also a good choice. Quirky, colorful and entertaining to watch.
