    Hey im looking for some good first-person shooters for mame. if possible, please exclude lightgun games. thanks in advance, nerdo

    Geez I don't think there is come to think of it

    I would say the closest would be lightgun games which you mentioned to be excluded from recommendations.

    firstly this should go under general gaming in the game suggestion thread.
    aside from that depending on what console you want to play on there is a plethora of fps games out there a few off the top of my head are
    doom 1 2 and 3
    wolfenstein 3d ( I think there was a sequel maybe two but can't remember the name)
    half life, half life 2, episode 1 and 2
    red faction and red faction 2
    duke nuke em 3d
    halo. as I said depending on the system you want to play you'll have a lot to choose from.
