[PROBLEMS] PCSX-Reloaded

I visit PCSX-Reloaded official "site" at pcsxr.codeplex .
So I browse for their latest release which is here http://pcsxr.codeplex.com/SourceControl/list/changesets . The top one is their latest release.
I download their latest release but all I got is something which is not compile.
I wanna know how can I start using the emulator of their latest release? I don't see any .exe in the download.
I know about sites like emucr where we can download the latest emulator right away but how they compile it or something like that?

I will make it simple, how I wanted to compile it just like what emucr did???

I think they explain how to compile the version but maybe on ly in the recommended i dont see any reason to compile yourself the version if a site do it .
