Dolphin 3.0!

Just downloaded Dolphin 3.0, after enough time of tinkering and waiting for Windwaker to download, a dolphin 2.0 GUI appeared, i exited out for whatever reasons i had, and now cant open either the 2.0 GUI or the 3.0, however while the 2.0 was running it didnt recognize the windwaker rom (yes i extracted it with winrar, yes it was a .rar file) i don't know whats wrong and im completely new to this whole emulator thing

Hm? If 3.0 is what you have now, then you should see 3.0 GUI instead of 2.0, unless you press the wrong application.

What is the file format of the game? .gcm? .iso?
Make sure you have extracted it correctly, and the end result should be either two^
