Help with d3dx9_38.dll is missing error message
I recently got snes9x ver.1.53 win32, but i get "d3dx9_38.dll is missing". can i fix this problem without updating directx. i am afraid this old laptop i use
will not work properly after. i don't know much about computer systems. is this unwarranted fear? i am running vista home service pack 1, on a sony vaio model = pcg 7z2l. it has an intel pentium dual t2310 at 1.47GHz with a gig of ram.
