I need to know what emulator can best run Pokemon Puzzle League for the N64. I just downloaded it and cant get it to run, thanks

I'm pretty sure no emulator runs it yet, I think its a video plug-in issue.

I have the same problem. Indeed it's a video plugin problem and I haven't been able to find a plugin that solves it. If you like to watch only the intro , you can try PJ64.
