Even if I was staff it's not nice to interfere with another moderator's stuff.

Since I'm in a similar-ish situation, my advice is:
    Pre-order it.

Rather make sure you have it, than having to look for it, and depend on luck.

    Then again, you said:

In my case, it would be a harder choice.

Or you could flip a coin.
I'll probably pre-order it. Seems entertaining enough, and the next game I'm really excited about doesn't come until May (Max Payne 3 . I'm excited for ME3 as well, but I probably won't buy it on release). Then there's nothing until the end of June (Sly Cooper 4 and Darksiders II), then really nothing until Tomb Raider, provided it's released this year (I don't think an official release date has been set yet, just Q3 2012).

Is that what that picture meant?

I thought it was a screwdriver at first, but the bit doesn't have any grooves or anything in it to, you know... actually tighten screws. Then I thought it might be a lollipop. Then I just stopped caring all together.

It is easy. He can use that "screwdriver" to fix the closed thread. Or if that is ain't working, then he can suck the "lollipop" so that he will stop crying.

I was referring more to the fact that I didn't get it, and subsequently didn't care.

I was kinda shocked at Max Payne 3.
Last one I played was the first, so, big difference.

Lack of Ninja Gaiden 3 is surprising though.

Is it bad I give no fucks as to what games are coming out this year? All I want is The Darkness 2 and Mass Effect 3. And those can wait until whenever.

I'm more excited about films than games this year, so it isn't.
