Pokemon Fire Red keeps force closing when I try to enter the first pokemon center...

So, I have the tried both ROMS for Fire Red and each time I try going into the first pokemon center or poke mart, the emulator force closes :/

Any advice on how to solve?

Never heard of that emulator. Have you tried VisualBoy Advance?
Your save file should transfer no problem.

Are you using Mac? Have you try using VisualBoy Advance instead?
