.Bin files not working.

I have downloaded the NTSC version of FFVIII from a different site and then once extracted it, It gave me a .Cue and an .Ecm file. I typically would simply use Unecm to convert my BIOS to a Bbin format and be done with it and ready to play, but this one even after I have converted the .Ecm file into the .Bin format, it still wouldn't load. I'm using ePSXe 1.7 and I have 1.5 and 1.6. Would I have to use Daemons tools for this?

What is that picture for? After or before you unecm the .ecm?

Oh, that's after I have done it. Whenever I have used Unecm, it usually turns the file into a VLC file with the extension name of .Bin.

Nevermind, I seemed to have missed the file when it was converted and placed on my desktop, haha. It's working fine so far on 1.7 because on 1.6 it would just freeze up at the beginning.
