    RE6 looks rather like Lost Planet, or Gears of War, but let's hope I'm wrong... I really enjoyed the "trilogy" (RE1, RE2 & RE3 on PSOne) and I remember shots from Resident Evil 3.5 - why did they decline that good-looking project? I wish sixth part of RE would be very nice, dark and ass-kicking survival horror, not linear shoot'em up...

    Gameplay didn't seem to go that way...

    I know a lot of people didn't like RE5 for being so action-oriented, but I enjoyed it. It's different, but I think it's good for a series as big as Resident Evil to experiment. Otherwise it might have gotten stale.

    RE6 looks to be the best of both worlds, if first impressions are accurate.
