Meh. Could be worse. I'm sad as I lost 7 gigs of a story I've been working on for the past four years.
But hey! Even if they take down all the file sharing sites, new ones will just pop up.

The government's slow. Copyright before the internet age meant something. Now, artists will upload a few free songs now and again and then complain about lack of sales. Here's an idea: If you don't want it to pirated, don't give it to the public. As simple as that. Piracy's always going to be around but the way the US goverment is dealing with it right now is a bunch of BS on another scale all to itself.

I remember copied VHS tapes, yep. I think I still have a few. But see, I've been gradually uploading stuff for the past four years onto it. The majority however came from when my old laptop went and died about two years ago. (Trust me when I say Staples Business Depot has crappy customer service. Asshats fried my motherboard and harddrive. "It's your charger," my ass.) I only have a few files on this computer, most of it being rough concept art, insert song lyrics, some character bios and a few chapters here and there. Most of the files were however on my old desktop but that went last year.

I dont know whats needed to upload but I have gotten a small amount of files that I could reupload depending on EP rules etc. Rar sizes and compression info would be all I'd need besides upload space.

But in this country internet is all they wanted to totalatarianize. Singapore has other lovely complements like instant death penalty for alleged drug possession. I watched all of them at least 100 years ago, and now I don't remember anything besides the wizard's name. I remember that scene, but I have no idea what the hell was going on. I just remember them fighting.

I lol'd at it anyways because it was hilarious, specially when he looks at the screen with almost teary eyes: "for megaupload"
