Yes you need NeoRAGEx. You can find it here at emuparadice.org. Download the setup exe, then the patch zip, unzip the exe in the zip into the NeoRAGEx folder, it will replace the old exe. You also need the Neo Geo Bios, you can download it here to, and make sure to download it into the roms directory in the NeoRAGEx folder.

You could try a different site.

it's all over the net. do a search on google or something.
kawaks hack also allows kof2k1. look for any post by violenb and in his sig is a link to his site. he has kawaks hack there.
