    Default Pls.Help!!!...Newbie here bout burning PSX files to CD

    Hello there...I've tried downloading some PSX Games from emuparadise it comes with .rar files right?
    I've extracted the files using winrar, open the folder there are .bin.ecm and .cue files. What are these files? I've tried convert .bin.ecm to .bin using ecm tools or gemc... After converting the files, it becomes a .bin file.. What am i goin to do with the .cue file? Ive tried burning .bin file to cd using imgburn, it only browse .cue files instead of the .bin file. I've tried to burn it to cd in 1x write speed successfully then tried to play in modded psx but it doesn't work.
    Do i miss some steps?

    Really need help here!!!Thank you for cooperation...

    The cue sheet is a metadata file which describes how the tracks of a CD are laid out. That is what you open with ImgBurn. It tells ImgBurn how to burn the data onto a cd. Also, make sure that your disks are CD-R, not CD-RW.

    @Alakazander

    Hi..thanks for an immediate reply
    I'm using cd-r... Now i think i understand what a .cue is...
    When i browse the .cue file to burn with imgburn it also automatically burns the contents of the .bin file?
    I checked the contents of the cd it contains a lot of folders like (Battle,Enemy1,Enemy2...Movie,Sound,scus_941.64,sy stem,etc..)..
    Do i burned the disc properly? If yes maybe it's a issue bout the Playstation console upon reading the disc..
    Really appreciate ur reply bro...

    Yes, ImgBurn uses the cue sheet to tell how much data there is, what order to burn the data, where to put it, et cetera. The .bin is the actual data.

    It sounds like you did . Test it by seeing if it works with an emulator.
