Default Question about Adventure Japanese Games

    Hello,
I would like to ask you about the PS2 Japanese games (Especially Adventure games, which are almost all of them are in Japanese)
    What would you advice me?
Should I download them as they are in Japanese or wait until they are translated into English better?
Or just download them in Japanese and then when they are in English I can download them again?

    I have another question...
Are Adventure games sexy or something??
I have noticed they have manga half-naked girls.....

This is one of the games

You will be lucky if ANY of these game get translated.

There may be a few fan translations but they are few and far between.

Playing in Jap is pretty much your only option at the moment.

Some of them are definitely going to be sexy, and some of them will try to be 'cute' or 'pure', and some of them will be both. It depends on the type of Otaku they were made for.

They are never going to be officially translated, and few fan translations get past the initial phases, so don't wait around for them. I would research the specific games you are looking for, and see if there is a translation already (or at lest one currently being worked on). If there is not one, there will not be a translation for a very long time... probably years away. Like, you could learn the language in the time it would take, no joke.

Personally, I can't research a game unless it is in Latin Characters so I have no idea about that specific game, but I know some of the Mods read Japanese.

I tried! Learning it is very difficult!
I only learned its basic grammar.
Subject - Object - Verb (At the end)
You can change the order of Subject and object in the sentence and the Verb ALWAYS comes at the end of the sentence.
There are verbs end with (masu) and verbs end with (imasu) these are polite form and for both Present and Future tense.
The official form (Impolite form) end with ru and iru (To convert it to the polite form) You have to drop the final ru and final iru, now I forgot this....
They end with (mashita) and (imashita) and these are for Past tense only.

I couldn't learn adjectives and adverbs, they are complicated...

Torrent Rosetta Stone and all the Japanese packs, icr how many there are. I'm not kidding. I'd help you more but posting links is against the rules iirc.

Oh and in case it wasn't made clear by my thanking, Alakazander's first post is spot on.

I think this thread has ran its course. As people said, your only option is to download and play your perverted games in Japanese and/or learn how to read Japanese.

And for all you people whose posts I've just had to delete, please don't spam threads.
