How to Burn .iso file to CD-R and DVD? and work for Playing?

I already mentioned that in my first response. He asked a question and I was trying to be helpful by answering it, instead of just repeating myself and others .
Besides, if I were him, I would like at least a vague idea of what some semi-anonymous people were going to do with my PS2 memory card.

why the original PS2 CD or DVD that can be directly sold in the market we play? so why can not we?

I don't quite know what you mean... if you are asking why Sony does not sell their official PS2 disks, it is because they want to make it harder on us .
If you want a recommendation on what type/brand to use, then there is this:

1 DVD+R media will be more compatible
2 Verbatim is one of the best branded media out there (amazon tends to have them for good prices)
3 almost every system out there will use the laser more to read backup media compared to original media, the beter the media used the less risk of laser damage
4 alot of Slim users find DVD-DL/DVD9 discs don't read very well compared to DVD/DVD5 disc's (if needs be dig out DVD5 rips if you find out a game you want was on a DL/DVD9 disc)
5 burn at the lowest speed your burner can, to help ensure quality burns

basicly anything that the PS2 struggled to read including scratched original will give the laser strain
