    Default No video but sound black screen

    Okay so all I have is the deafult plugins from the psxcs2 v o.9.8. I had got a new graphics card a evga 9500 1gb so idk whats going on all I get a black screen

    ANother thing it says i need to configure my plugins and yes i cant play anything on the sss2 or sss3 or sss4

    a pentium(R) dual 2.70, with graphics card thats evga 9500 1gb.
