I Hope so too, but given it seems the American Government doesn't listen to the American people who they are supposed to serve... I'll admit It would not shock me if it passed.

Aye, While the bill doesnt directly affect me here in some ways it would really make the internet a much more dull place... and hell you KNOW this site would be blocked for America... it will be like America adopting the Chinese Netwhere even the Google search results are filtered by the Government

Can't blame anonymous for doing something either, if they are bothered. I read that Communism is perpetrating the government, and is probably adopting the censorship ideologies.
Of course, this is solvable by transferring to different countries servers. For example, there's a site called RojaDirecta that was a portal to show different Football streaming sites. It was based in America, and in fact if you go there you can see a big government page. They have moved to Spain and now you can access it freely.
