Need some INFO,I am new to this site (emulating Persona)

Hi,can I just download Persona 1 game and start playing it in my PC?Do I need to download anything else?

You need an emulator and the BIOS, I'd suggest ePSXe. If it's packed with ECM you will need to use unECM.
