What does Rev A mean next to ROM title?

I can't figure this out. I am guessing that it was a second revision to the original release but maybe I am mistaken. Can't figure it out from searching online either. Thanks.

So from what I gather, it means that REV A is the more upated version which is what I thought. Thanks for the reference.
