How do I get the games from this site onto an R4 card?

Hi guys, been recommended by a friend of a friend who says it's easy but just wondered if there is a link to an 'how to' section or if someone could just tell me.

I understand I have to put the games onto a disc (what sort I don't know) then onto the R4 card but I could really do with some step by step instructions.

Also why are most of the games listed several times with different things written after them?

You probably get asked this all the time but I tried looking through the threads and couldn't find anything.

As far as i know you just take the sd card and stick it into your pc and trnsfer the games?

Am i wrong?

Step 1. Download the rom to your desktop or wherever you want on your pc.

2. Step 2. Insert your USB adaptor with the 1 or 2bg memory stick/card into your usb port on your pc.

3. Step 3. Open the usb port to see the contents of your 2gb sd card.

4. Unzip the rom file and drag the file name with a *.nds to the directory of your sd card.

5. Voila! Turn on your ds and start playing.
