haha, no offense, I love some 360 games too. I have a Falcon 360 Elite, but it's not getting much love recently.

I know!! I am such a FILTHY, CONSUMERISTIC yank!! LOL! Seriously, man, watching this kid's life play-out has been like a bad episode of The Sopranos....he had to learn a tough life lesson...

You know, we both debated 'next gen' systems for years, but its now past time. I have had several Wii decks, and possibly a 360 or two, but didnt even know what the hell they were...ah well...

Inferno and Inferno ONLY, please - In your opinion, are the PS3 models not as well-made as the PS2 models? I ask because all of our PS2s are friggin balls-to-the-wall. Seriously, man, the Fat that we use most often has been dropped 5' to the tiled floor, splashed with water, and been stepped-on, and yet it runs like a sex machine.
I noticed, though, that our PSX Slims havent done so well over the years...those poor girls suffer from freeze-up and blinking power.....maybe the PS3s are shoddily-made like the PSOne Slimmys?

They suffer from the same problem as 360s, it just takes longer for it to kick in. People don't seem to realise this.

Also the lasers are pretty poor quality and often fail as well.

    Ah, I see....

Well, with crappier manufacturing overall, and labour-house working conditions, I suppose that eventually all disc-based systems will seize-up and croak long before the cartridge-based consoles will....RIP.....
I'll just keep two PS3s around in case one bites the bag..

Although, our GoldStar 3DO still spins like a top, though there isnt much point in having the old sod around as it seems like a shitheap next to 95% of its peers....
    ....and contemporaries....and predecessors....and....

Mainly just superior versions of games on other systems, like Road Rash and Street Fighter II.

No, just a demo disc of sorts.

It was mainly used as a CD player.
