Soul calibur 3 problem

Hello i try to play but framerate is slow,i get maximum 30-32 fps

my system is:

amd a8 x4 3850
4 gb ram

What about the graphics card? Because that's what the emulator relies on, therefore it could be pretty slow.

Post your emulator version, settings, plugins.

and the console logs as well.
