Default D-pad and left analog stick on working on PCSX2

I am using the keyboard and the keys I set to the D-pad and left analog stick aren't doing anything. It worked before but recently it stopped working for some reason. It is doing this for multiple games. What is the problem? Is there something in the settings that I might have changed that would cause this?

Which PCSX2 version? and PAD plugin did you use?

If you're using Lilypad, post a screenshot of both General and Pad 1 settings.
and if you use something else, then switch to Lilypad.

Press the Clear All and binds all the buttons again, including the R-Stick.

It should be working, unless the game require R-Stick to move, but not D-pad.
What games are you trying to play?

Tried that, but still not working. I tried to play K-1 World Grand Prix and now trying to play Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3. I set the d-pad, r-stick, and l-stick to different buttons and tried them all but it's still not letting me move on the menu.

Ok, I just got it to move...for some reason, it is moving when I press the "c" key even though that is not set to any buttons.

What happen if you press Up/Down/Right/Left button on your keyboard? does it give any response?
I assume other buttons except the directional one are working right? clear all the buttons again, and download the attachment below.

After that, got Lilypad's General setting -> Load Bindings -> select the downloaded file -> Apply -> and Ok.

I got it to work. After using the "c" button in the initial box, it seemed to start working.

Now the problem I am having is that the game is pretty slow and the sound is weird. Is there any way to fix this?

    My computer processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M330 @ 2.13GHz 2.13 GHz. 64 bit operating system.

By plugin settings, do you mean where it says plugin/BIOS selector? Here's the screen when I click on that...

Your specs are too low for PCSX2, but try set the Speedhacks to max, with Native resolution is selected on GSdx setting.
(try different Preset value, between 1-4)
Switch to latest SVN as well, and enable MTVU hack from the Speedhacks.
