I've been playing Elder Scrolls games since I was 5. My favorite is TES III: Morrowind but I have to say. Skyrim is pretty disappointing. I don't like the menu and it feels really, really slow to me but then again my dislike of it is so extreme that I haven't finished the first part so I can't really comment on the rest of the game. I'm sure the story is great and all but I'm not going to be finishing it until there's a mod that fixes the menu and how slow it feels. (This is all my opinion)

Really? That's a shame. I love the menu.

Make sure to disable the 360 Controller option in the option menu.

I do agee that the UI sucks, but it's alot more bearable if you just use your movement keys, or arrow keys instead of the mouse.

I've quit playing the game for now, i came across an irritating bug, and with news of a patch coming this week, I was hooping they would fix it.

Yay! Damn bugs. There's always a way around them, yet they are still the bane of our existences.

Surprisingly enough, I haven't really ran into anything other than the minor bug, mostly with the miscellaneous fetch quests that the game throws at you by the bucket load.

Oh wow, that is a pretty good one.

One I encountered that was particularly lol-worthy was that my companion decided that she wanted to swim, and proceeded to swim on the ceiling of a Draugr ruin for a good 10 or 15 minutes, it's a shame I didn't capture that. Oh well, maybe next time.

I had that last one happen to me, I ended up in Skyrim's stratosphere.

Thats such a pointless patch. Well, except the PS3 fix. Oh well, Bethesda is pretty famous for their absolutely terrible patches. They just need to put out the creation kit so fans can patch it up for them.

The creation kit is coming I heard. Also as a PS3 "Skyrimmer" the patch has made the lag go down a ton, but not entirely...

So im about 20 hours in, have 3 shouts and killed 2 dragons. I bought my first house and murdered my follower in my house and was then given an inheritence letter saying she had left me all her money hahahahaha.

Ive pretty much just been off wandering and doing the missalanious quests.

Its probably the best game i have playing in a LONG time, just really because of the scope.

I havnt run across any glitches yet thankfully.

How much does your spouse leave you if they die? Just curious of course.
