At any rate, I dug back up the old info I posted when I posted that the first time again, since I remembered that the cosplayer was rather skilled. Here is her website. If Chen were still here, I'd point out the Lina Inverse cosplay she did, but I think Emma Sheen from Zeta Gundam (ah, 80s, how we do not miss your fashion sense), Tsumugi from K-On!, and Yue Ying of Dynasty Warriors are pretty good.
Also, unrelated to the above, but I stumbled across this Gumi cosplay looking for wallpapers, and thought of this thread.
