to make a game iso or cso file from a rar file you will need 7zip or win-rar just use one of these programs

a handy guide on different file types http://www.epforums.org/showthread.p...ght=file+types

    7zip website
    http://www.7-zip.org/

    winrar website
    http://www.win-rar.com/download.html

video tutorial of how to use these programs

remember you only need one not both of these programs.

Extract the .ISO from the .RAR, and then put it on the ISO folder at the root of your Memory Stick.

What CFW did you use really? PRO?

What you have extracted are the content inside the .ISO, check the extension of the file, if it already in .ISO, just copy it over to ISO folder.

and update your PRO to the latest version, B10.

Try changing the ISO Mode from the Recovery Menu, and if you set the Game Clock at max, set it to default instead.

Also, is that a patched ISO, or the clean one?

While on the XMB, press the Select button to access the VSH menu, then choose Recovery Menu from there.

If it indeed a clean ISO, try re-extract the ISO again, and you might as well try download the game from another sources.
