How do I get this to play?

So I downloaded Final Fantasy VII [NTSC-U] [Disc1of3] [SCUS-94163] and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to run. I have epsxe and psx 1.13.

After extracting it looks like this.

I'm new to this so I really need a step by step guide.

You need ECM tools to extract it.

Extract it and drag your FF7.bin.ecm over the unecm file, wait a couple of minutes for it to do its thing. Then load your iso - play and profit!

I guess the noob in me is showing because it did it's thing but I don't see that it actually made another file or did anything.
