Has Roller Angles been dumped yet?

I noticed it on the e-shop, so i looked into it, and there is a DS game of the same name, since it, well, is the same game. I looked all over the place for it, but nobody has it. So has it been dumped? The main site doesn't even have it.



Its Japanese name is, Roller Angels: Pasha to Daisakusen

Man, that game came out in 2004. I'll just pick up the DSiware version then.
