Default Star Fox Adventures Won't Load

I'm having a problem running Star Fox Adventures in my dolphin emulator.
I followed all instructions to install another game and it worked, but when i tried with SFA, it just showed a black screen.

    My system specs:
    nVidia GEForce 9500GT
    1,5 GB RAM
    DirectX 10.1
    Windows XP (SP3)

Do you have the latest version of Dolphin? This was an issue before but seems they've fixed this with the latest build....
The game should work almost perfectly now, is it extracted correctly and everything?

Yes. It's the latest version of Dolphin. I can't get it to run, though.

Wait, it is on .gcm format, but shows up as playable and everything.
...Except the graphic part itself. No image, just black screen and sound.

    Direct3D9.

But i solved the problem; I must use anisotropic filtering at 16x and scaled EFB copy to run this game.

Um... Having a bit more of problem here...

Dolphin keeps crashing whenever i try to start SFA, even with all default options checked, or with the options i was using when it was working.

One more thing, it started crashing after i changed the graphic config back to default due to REALLY EXTREME lag.

Try the OGL plugin with native resolution.

    Already tried it. No result.

Also, tested with other games, OpenGL doesn't work here, crashes any game.
And i tried a "as slower as it gets" graphics config with everything that makes the image look smoother/detailed/well-textured on max on another game, and it worked, but extremely laggy. Tried same config with SFA, nothing happened.

Tried a "fast and basic" config with that same other game, and worked smoothly, but when i tried on SFA, i still get the error.

D3D11 or OpenGL is required for this game

D3D11 is more stable for the game anyway
