I was thinking a thread covering translations could be helpful with a site as big as this one, could just link to sites for translation groups or like romhacking.net that host various translations
Speaking of which, theres a english translation for Choro Q 3 on psx now at romhacking.net but this thread could be used to help keep track of new translations or something.

like you already said romhacking.net is the best place for your translation needs. i dont think theres a better site for translations.
