Since Europe had it's golden years far later then most of Asia or Americas (- minus the Us).
It's residue is felt more.. and so is it's history. Europe has the most historical influence for NOW.

Yes, I do one day want to travel, when I get the money that is. My brother lives in Germany right now, and is travelling Europe. He's had mixed reviews, people like him or don't like him, because he's American. I really hope he doesn't visit France.
