I cooked it pretty thoroughly, it was just bad meat, I think. They say they bought it a week ago and froze it immediately, but it was just awful. But I was so hungry

What is "my entire previous weekend"?

I'll take "time well spent" for 400.

VC is good, but it's worth noting it's more of a turn based strategy game than an RPG. The stats don't really matter too much and the special abilities of the characters aren't usually that important unless you're into taking on the DLC hard mode or trying to break the game.
Oh crap, that's right, they make an "enhanced" version of a game that originally came out in English. Then they choose to keep if for themselves. I thought it came out, but must have been thinking of just the 360 version.

From what I played, 3D Dot Game Heroes is pretty fun. Also pretty damn cheap now if I remember correctly

I have a copy I've been intending to play for ages. But I never quite seem to get around to it. In any event, it's cheap and Milady has pointed out that it's good at what it does. So I'm inclined to bring it up. Etc.

The ones I'm starting next, after I'm done with Marvel UA2, are either Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions or LA Noire.
Yeah... I think I would like the right kind of sandbox game, it's just the ones that I have played have been rather boring. I really enjoyed the main quest in Fallout 3, but the rest of the game really didn't appeal to me.

I have Batman: Arkham Asylum and Nier on my list, but they haven't had them in stock the last couple of times I've checked. And since they aren't making new copies of Nier anymore, I have to wait for someone to trade it in, or buy it online.

Depending on the reputation of the butcher's shop they got the burger from, it was probably a regrind.

I've been known to risk my own well-being when it comes to sating my hunger. I usually tend to pay for it later.

I haven't really even ate much red meat lately. I've been using ground turkey for most anything I prepare that calls for hamburger. I did eat some steak nachos this past weekend though.

Well the Mafia 2 is hardly a sandbox game, so get that. DO IT.

Probably. From what I understand the only hard part is the perfect rank on all 8 Freeflow challenges. I've had no problem handling the combat so far and I've already gotten perfect scores on 2 challenges (and almost managed a 3rd before Bats refused to counter like an asshole). Doesn't seem too hard at the moment. Just a little time consuming and sorta frustrating when you get nailed with a cinderblock out of fucking nowhere.
