Default Neorage X 5.0 not working properly, what is the problem?

I downloaded Neorage X 5.0 from here and I started it and it took me to the main screen where you select your game file and stuff like that, but the screen was glitchy and certain parts where blurred out so I couldn't see what exactly I was supposed to click on. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it?

Not even sure what the problem is lacking information, that and I don't know of the problem personly.

You might be better off asking in the thread that it was uploaded in.

Or just switch to another emu
    MAME
    Final Burn
    ect...

There are a few Arcade emulators for the Xbox, not 100% what ones include Neo-Geo though off hand and not got my Xbrick to hand either.
