    Default ps2 memory card problem

    it works fine for most of my games but a few i get *save failed* i have a 32mb armax memory. it has plenty of room and most dont encounter that problem

    In general unofficial cards are just not as compatible as official ones.

    Get an Official one 2nd hand would do, wipe it whatever you get and use the ARMax one as a backup so you can take advantage of the extra space on it still

    More help might be given if you can list a few games that are failing to save

    yeah, for some reason freemcboot wont load on the 8mb card i have. the only reason i got the 32 is because the ar codes take up alot of space.

    Just format the 8 MB card first... after you copy everything to that 32MB card first that is, then boot FreeMCboot via the 32MB and install FreeMC from there to the 8MB card

    Or you can just use the 32MB card to ESR boot whatever game you want to play, once in game you can change the 32MB card for the 8MB card

    codes shouldn't take that much space unless you also have codebreaker.elf or something running directly off of the MC rather than from USB
