Downloading Problems (Help)

I start to download a rom and i get disconnected for no reason and i lose my rom it is realy anoying please help me.

Are you using any d/l manager like Getright or Donwload Accelerator ?
These programs admits resume, so if you get disconected you can continue your d/l after, without starting from the beginig again...
