My Cash Converter's games are always scratched. I got Otogi 2 for the XBOX for £2. They had MGS2: Substance for PS2 as well for £2 but it was the standard game in the Sbustance box. Turned that down for the price.I'd have had MGS2: S for that price.

I guess it'd be kind of hard to prove games are stolen, but Cash Converters is a chain of regular pawn shops. They sell everything from games to TVs to musical instruments so I'm guessing that's how they got caught out.
