keyboard or usb controller? and which PAD Plugins did you use?
Try using the latest version here.

Also, the Left-Analog Stick is for the movement, while D-Pad only functional on Menu screen.(if I'm not mistaken)

i use usb controler , and i use pad 1 , in control panel there's a game controller , the name is Twin USB network game pad , there's a axes setting , start in the middle , when you press up , the axes move up too , when i turn on the analog , the axes not start in the middle , i think my original PS2 stick is broken , but i try my friend PS2 stick , and have the same condition with my stick , i don't set analog movement in pad setting on the emulator , when i set it , (in iron man) i can move , but , i can't control the movement , what is causing all this , my PS 2 stick or the emulator ?(i use a converter for ps 2 stick for play on pc)

    I mean the PAD Plugin.

Go to Config -> Controllers - Plugin settings
and post screenshots of both General and Pad 1.
