I have 2 N64s but am still impressed with that color. I hope to find the Pikachu edition someday.
Everdrives are pretty expensive, but I guess they are worth it in the long run. Unless you just want to play sports games.
Thanks for all the suggestions so far!!
I had planned to get Mischief Makers as my first N64 game, actually! But they didn't have it at the store... Pokemon Stadium, Mario 64 and Zelda OOt weren't on the box either :/
Multicart or nothing I guess
EDIT: The reason of me making a fuss is that I got it for around 100 dollars, which here is... almost free (in the sense that videogames are expensive as f***)

I am also known as the "Blue Bomber"
I could shoot the legs off Jeffrey Dahmer

I have a question guys...
If I get a Transfer Pak will I be able to play Pokemon Gold on the N64? I think I heard the game had a built-in Game Boy Color emulator. Is this true?
I've never had a GBC. I can get one, but I certainly want to save some money and get just the cartridge *sweat*

There is a cartridge that allows you to play GB/GBC games on the N64, but I cannot locate any for sale and the last time I checked, it was over $200.
However, if I recall correctly, you can play your old pokemon GB game through the transfer pak if you have Stadium.
You actually could play certain Pokemon games via the transfer pak with Pokemon Stadium.
You can only play Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow using the transfer pak on Pokemon Stadium.
You can play Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold and Crystal using the transfer pak on Pokemon Stadium 2.

Too bad you're not in the US, or I would sell you one of my transfer packs.
EDIT:
Actually, it turns out a few more games are compatible with it, but most of them are Japan only:

I wasn't aware that Pokemon Stadium let you play the Pokemon games from the GB through the TV. You learn something new every day!
Diddy Kong Racing!! Best kart racer ever, ignore that Mario Kart 64 shit.
I'd sugest:
- Super Smash Bros
- Super Mario 64
- Banjo-Kazooie
- Banjo-Tooie
- Conker's Bad Fur Day (If you can find it and are into more adult humor)
- Legend Of Zelda - Ocarina Of Time/Majora's Mask

Congrats on the new, blue N64! I got mine late in the N64's life cycle...when they were phasing them out, back in 2001 or so. Mine's an awful shade of pink called "Watermelon". Color notwithstanding, I still played the heck out of it, and still enjoy it today. Hope you'll enjoy yours that much, too!
