Hence why the target market for re-releases tends to be people who've traded in their old console and game collection to purchase the new one.

And on that note, someone needs to buy all my gaming shit and collect it from my house so I don't have to buy packing materials and figure out postage costs.

I don't own any original PS2 games, fuck, why do I even have a PS2? I would use it as a PS1 player if I had any original PS1 games...

Mine, along with all the games I have, are collecting dust in the press.

I never sell a console once I've bought it.

I'd be lucky to get about £30 for my PS1, PS2 and XBOX.

Maybe £130 for my 360 and all 5 games.

Although I do estimate my PS3 games/collection as worth about £600-800 (if both PS3s are included in the value.)

Which means a) you're very lucky, and b) there's no reason to get bent out of shape over re-releases. You're not the sort of gamer they're geared towards. They're for people who think "Gosh, I used to have that game when I was a kid, I wish I could it play it again."

If I sell some stuff separately and other games in bundles, on a good day I reckon I might get a grand or two out of it all.
